We do not use your information to serve you third-party advertisements and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Serenity Soule does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances described below.

Service providers we work with to operate the membership may receive your information as needed to perform their services. This includes our payment processor, shipping carriers, and the platform powering our member portal. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it for the purposes we specify.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for up to 3 years afterward to fulfill legal, accounting, and operational obligations. Damage assessment records including photographic documentation are retained for the duration of your membership and for 1 year after cancellation. When your information is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it securely.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days of your request, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, or maintaining financial records required by applicable law.

Children

Serenity Soule is not directed at children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from someone under 18 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
