Nothing leaves without her approval.

Every Serenity Soule box has something inside that has nothing to do with logistics. Your Soule Journey card is a quarterly keepsake, numbered and dated. Every quarter a new one arrives. Over time you will have a record of every season you chose to show up for yourself. That is the kind of thing worth keeping.
Each card is written for where you are. Quarter one feels different from quarter four. And the ones that come after that are something else entirely.

Every piece that comes back to Serenity Soule goes through a full restoration process before it ever goes back out. Nothing gets skipped and nothing gets rushed.
Every returning piece is inspected against Serenity Soule’s quality standards before anything else happens. Condition is assessed and documented.
The piece is professionally washed, conditioned, and treated to restore the hair to its best possible condition before restyling begins.
Knots re-bleached if needed. Lace refreshed. The piece is restyled and finished to the same standard it left Serenity Soule the first time.
Once it passes final inspection it is ready for its next rotation. Serenity Soule does not send anything out that is not fully up to standard.
Serenity Soule has a clear damage policy. Normal wear is expected and covered within the membership. Damage beyond normal wear is assessed on return and a tiered damage fee applies depending on the extent. Full details are in your membership agreement.
Yes. Every piece has a dynamic buyout option. The buyout fee is calculated based on the piece’s condition and the tier it belongs to. If you fall in love with your rotation piece, keeping it is always an option.
First Dibs is an optional add-on that gives you early access to new Serenity Soule pieces before they are assigned to the general rotation pool. If a new style drops and you want it, First Dibs gets you there first.
Every Serenity Soule membership requires a $50 refundable deposit at sign-up. This is held during your membership and refunded in full when you leave in good standing, meaning your piece has been returned and your account is clear.
Because every piece is finished and prepared specifically around your profile, there is a preparation window after your profile is complete. Serenity Soule will communicate your expected delivery timeline clearly after your membership is confirmed.
