Every piece ships with a card confirming its rotation status. First wearers receive a First Rotation card. Refurbished pieces receive a Professionally Refurbished card.

If a Founding Cipher cancels, that is it. The designation retires with them. The spot does not reopen and it cannot be reinstated.

When new pieces drop into the Serenity Soule rotation pool, they get assigned to members based on profile fit. First Dibs is an optional add-on that moves you to the front of that line. If a new style arrives and it matches your profile, you get it first before it goes anywhere else.
First Dibs is available as an add-on for any active membership tier. Founding Ciphers receive one free First Dibs per year as part of their perks starting from Year One.

Refundable Deposit
Every Serenity Soule membership begins with a $50 fully refundable deposit. This is held during your active membership and returned in full when you leave in good standing with your piece returned and your account clear.
Damage Policy
Normal wear over a 90-day rotation is expected and covered within the membership. Damage beyond normal wear is assessed on return and a tiered fee applies based on the extent. Full details are in the membership agreement.
Buyout Option
If you fall in love with your rotation piece, keeping it is always an option. Every piece has a dynamic buyout fee calculated based on its condition and tier at the time of the request. Just reach out and Serenity Soule handles the rest.
